Thank you so much! Growing up in NJ and listening to Shep on WOR was something that I have to described to people over the years. I had the pleasure of meeting him a few times (couple of book signings and a singing performance of a choral piece.)I met him at a book singing once and when I saw him over a year later he rememberd me right off the bat. That was Shep, taking the time to tell a story to me and taking the time to remember a kid who will always remeber him.
Thank you!
Nice work on pushing the files up onto archive.org Its good to have a second basket for these eggs:)-
Just an FYI. Your 1972 1/3 and 1974 1/1 mp3's are the same.
Your 1972 1/3 and 1974 1/1 mp3's are the same program. Best regards, another Shep fan.
Anon,
Thanks for the heads up. I spent quite a bit of time searching for duplicates based on title, date, and program length. I culled about 60 shows that were partial or full repeats of other shows. Unfortunately, one slipped through, and there will probably be a few more. Too bad they were so close together. I'll have a listen and decide what, if anything, to do.
